EXCHANGE AND RETURN


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original and completely new packaging (original factory product). We do not accept returns on products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or stamped.
*During the Christmas period we have an extended exchange period until January 15 for purchases from November 20.

The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not refunded. Likewise, returns that involve the payment of customs fees, these will be borne entirely by the customer.


Once we receive the package we will send you the return payment to it.

The warranty period is subject to the policy of each brand.
The handling and return processing times of a product covered by warranty depend on the brand.


In case the product is covered by warranty, the amount paid for the product will be taken into account.
The warranty does not cover damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear of the product.
