The warranty period from the time of purchase is 2 months.
The warranty does not cover defects due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear resulting from normal use.
How to exchange size or product?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 natural days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and completely new. We do not accept exchanges of products that have been used and/or printed.
During the holiday period, we have an extended return period until January 15th for purchases made from November 20th onwards.
To make an exchange, you have two options:
- You send us the product you wish to return, and when we receive it, we will send you the new one.
- We send you the new product, and when the carrier delivers it to you, you give them the one you want to return so they can bring it back to us (this has a cost of 5€).
If you want to make an exchange, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order reference in the subject line.
How to make a return?

Inside the package you send us, please include a note indicating your order reference and stating that you are requesting a refund. The shipping costs for a return will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an incorrect shipment. In such cases, all costs will be covered by Padel Pro Shop.
Once we receive the package, we will process the refund to the same card you used for the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you made the purchase by cash on delivery or bank transfer, please include your bank account number in the note so that we can process the refund.
