Warranty

The warranty period is subject to the policy of each brand. The management and return processing times for a product covered by warranty depend on the brand. The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the material. All blades may contain paint defects. In the favorable case of acceptance of the guarantee, the shipping costs of the product are assumed by Balonmano Pro Shop. Changes

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days , counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make a change. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and completely new. We do not accept exchanges of products that have been used (original factory product). We do not accept exchanges of products that have been used and/or printed.
It is important that before sending us the product, you write an email to changes@balonmanoproshop.com indicating your name and surname or order ID and indicating the product for which you want to exchange it, you can also indicate the exchange method.
If the exchange is made for another product of a higher amount, the customer must pay the difference.
Product exchanges made in Spain (Peninsula) can be carried out in two ways:
1. The The customer sends the product they wish to return and we send the new product once we have received the exchange. Shipping costs vary depending on the transport company and are borne by the customer.
2. You We send the exchanged product and the same delivery person delivers, taking the product you want to return* (this service has an additional cost of €5).

*Remember that there is always someone at the time of delivery. If you want to change the exchange address, include it in the email.
For orders placed outside of Spain (except the Canary Islands) and Portugal, you will have to send us the product you want to exchange. You must include a piece of paper with the reference of your order, requesting an exchange indicating the size or product for which you want to exchange it. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once it arrives, we will send the new product. In this case, shipping costs are assumed by Balonmano Pro Shop.

*During the Christmas period we have a extended return period until January 15 for purchases made after November 20.

Inside the package you send us you must put a piece of paper indicating the reference of your order and pointing out that You request a refund of the money . Shipping costs for a return will be borne by the customer, unless it is a defective product or an erroneous shipment. In this case they will be covered in their entirety by Balonmano Pro Shop.

The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not refunded. Likewise, returns that involve the payment of customs fees will be borne entirely by the customer.
Once we receive the package we will send you the refund to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase cash on delivery or by bank transfer, please add your account number on the paper so that we can make the payment.
In the case of an international shipment, if you want to refuse the package for any reason, the total shipping cost (the shipping company's charge plus return shipping costs for the package), plus the cost of customs, will be deducted from the refund.
Do not use the product packaging directly. Pre-wrap the product with a bag or paper or, failing that, a box or shipping bag. Do not stick labels or tape on the original packaging of the product. If you return a fragile product, wrap and protect the product as much as possible so that it does not suffer damage.
